After all, who wouldn’t want a person — and a relationship — that feels perfectly made for them?

This blog is not about fantasy. It is not about selling a romantic illusion or feeding the kind of hope that disconnects us from reality.

It is about exploring the deeper logic of certain relationships. The kind of bond that is not built only on physical attraction, emotional comfort, or intellectual compatibility, but on something more essential, more integrated, and more difficult to explain in ordinary language.

My intention is to separate what is exaggerated, romanticized, or simply unrealistic from what may actually be possible for people who genuinely long for this kind of connection.

Because the word soulmate has been buried under so much projection, cliché, and fantasy that many people reject it immediately. And honestly, that makes sense.

So instead of beginning with conclusions, I want to begin with the real questions underneath the resistance.

The doubts. The tension. The quiet longing behind the thought:

“I don’t believe soulmates exist... but secretly, I wish they did.”

As always, let’s go step by step.

1. What is behind the idea that something like soulmates is not possible?

First, there is disillusionment. This is deeply based on the wounds of the past. Not only our personal wounds, but also the wounds carried through our family lines.

Divorce. Betrayal. Emotional abandonment. Violence.

There is an enormous amount of pain woven into human relationships, and much of it lives on in us as trauma.

And from trauma, from the deep fear of repeating the same painful story, it becomes very difficult to love freely.

When we have not gone through a deep process of healing, integration, and emotional release, we tend to choose partners in one of two ways:

a) We unconsciously feel drawn to people who repeat the relational patterns of our family system. They feel familiar. They feel like home. They resemble what love looked like in the environment where we were raised.

b) We unconsciously feel drawn to people who seem like the complete opposite of what we experienced growing up. We look for safety, relief, or desire in what feels radically different from the emotional atmosphere of our childhood.

In both cases, the past is still shaping the choice. Fear is guiding us to operate from attraction or rejection.

This is what happens when the nervous system is dysregulated. When we cannot sustain inner peace within ourselves, it becomes much harder to build a relationship from that place with someone else.

And sadly, this describes the experience of the vast majority of people.

The good news is that many therapeutic methods have emerged that aim to heal from the root. They help us address childhood wounds, rebuild self-worth, and learn how to relate to ourselves with greater patience and compassion.

2. We usually believe only in what we know... and soulmate relationships are a very unfamiliar phenomenon

To manifest someone at the soul level, we first have to be in contact with our own soul. And if we are not familiar with the spiritual dimension of life, then it becomes very difficult to recognize a relationship that is born from that dimension.

Part of the reason so many people doubt soulmates is simple: they are rare.

I would dare to say that truly soulmate-level relationships make up only a very small percentage of couples in the world. Maybe around 1%. Maybe a little more, maybe a little less. But certainly not the majority.

And in many ways, we only believe in what we have seen, experienced, or at least witnessed closely.

So if we have never seen a relationship that genuinely reflects soul-level connection, of course the idea can sound exaggerated, unrealistic, or purely symbolic.

We do not always reject something because it is impossible. Sometimes we reject it because it is unfamiliar.

As we have shared before, one of the ways we understand this is through a multidimensional view of the human being.

If we are made up of body, emotions, intellect, and spirit, then it makes sense that we can also bond with others through different levels of connection.

We might relate through the body.
We might relate through the emotions.
We might relate through the intellect.
Or we might relate through the soul.

In our framework, this can look like:

• Bodymates: the kind of bond centered mainly on physical attraction or embodied chemistry. This describes a large percentage of human relationships.

• Emotionalmates: the kind of bond centered mainly on emotional resonance, tenderness, or shared feeling. These often appear in temporary relationships or deep friendships.

• Intellectualmates: the kind of bond centered mainly on shared values, ideas, worldview, or mental compatibility. These are often the people we choose to build a life with.

• Soulmates: the rare kind of bond that includes all these dimensions, but is rooted in something even deeper. A relationship that does not only feel compatible, but profoundly meaningful, transformative, and expansive.

But for now, what matters is this:

If you want to recognize a person whose connection with you goes beyond the five senses and beyond purely linear, binary logic… then yes, you do have to open yourself.

• Open yourself to wondering.

• Open yourself to dreaming.

• Open yourself to the possibility that life contains dimensions modern culture has not taught you how to perceive.

As we teach, it requires training. But that training is not about becoming someone else, performing spirituality, or constructing a new identity.

It is about removing the veils, defenses, limitations, and ego patterns that keep you disconnected from what your soul already knows, and from the kind of love the Universe may have been trying to guide you toward all along.

3. Soulmates may sound like something out of a movie... but they are not the “perfect” relationship in conventional romantic terms

We know that some of the words we use can sound intense, symbolic, or even exaggerated at first. But part of what we want to create here is a space where these ideas can be explored calmly, thoughtfully, and with openness, rather than dismissed too quickly simply because modern language does not always know how to hold them.

Ancestral wisdom was not originally expressed in English or Spanish, the languages we speak today. It emerged through symbolic, layered, and much more multidimensional ways of understanding life.

So when we try to translate those realities into modern language, it takes time. It takes care. And it takes a willingness to say, “This may sound bigger than what I’m used to hearing, but that does not automatically make it false.”

So let us say this clearly:

Recognizing your soulmate is one of the most beautiful, exhilarating, and expansive experiences a human being can have. It does not compare to anything else.

It is the experience of moving through conflict, limitation, personality, fear, and history... and still discovering that communion with another human being is possible.

When you connect with someone from the soul, everything that is perishable, coarse, or merely material stops being central. It does not necessarily disappear, but it becomes smaller — because it is small. Even atomically speaking, matter is such a tiny percentage. The rest is energy and “empty” space.

To recognize your soulmate is, in part, to recognize this truth through relationship: that we are far more than this body, this personality, and this one visible lifetime.

It becomes a daily reminder of the Divines presence. That it can take form. That it can reach you through love, companionship, presence, and truth.

But let us be equally clear about something else: Your soulmate does not come into your life to “make you happy.”

Inner happiness, inner peace, and inner stability are things each person must cultivate within themselves. In many ways, that inner work is part of what makes it possible to recognize someone who is also living from that place.

What a soulmate relationship can do is deepen, expand, and help sustain that happiness over time.

Because life is a challenge. And to have beside you someone who loves you from the deepest part of their being, someone whose love is not superficial, conditional, or convenient, is something impossible to quantify. It is immense.

However, none of this means it is the most comfortable relationship. Quite the opposite.

A soulmate relationship will often reveal exactly where you still hurt. The bond is so deep that whatever remains unresolved becomes impossible to ignore.

• When you fall into confusion, darkness, or suffering, it affects the other person too.

• When you let your thoughts turn against you, the one who loves you most feels the impact.

• The connection is so transparent that states of unconscious self-rejection or self-hatred can no longer remain hidden behind your usual defenses.

And then something extraordinary happens.

The most beautiful person you have ever known, the one you admire most deeply, comes close to you and says, with tenderness and truth:

“Love, how are you feeling?
I can feel that you are tense... exhausted.
Would you like me to stay with you while you face this, instead of carrying it alone?”

In other words, dissociation is no longer an option.

The old coping mechanisms lose their power. Not only because they harm you, but because in a relationship like this, they also wound something sacred between you.

And that is why soulmate love is not just ecstatic. It is demanding. It asks for honesty. It asks for healing. It asks for presence.

That is also why, for a soulmate relationship to last and truly flourish beyond the honeymoon stage, support matters. Therapy matters. Inner work matters.

Deep love does not remove the need for healing. It intensifies it.

4. Does it make sense to desire a soulmate if I don’t see myself as a spiritual person?

Yes. In my opinion, it always makes sense to desire a soulmate.

But let’s be honest: if that desire is not grounded in inner work, and in a real path of transformation, it can easily turn into a kind of endless hope. A beautiful idea you cling to for years, only to end up disappointed because it never becomes real.

That is exactly why we created the Soulmate Awakening Movement.

• For those who genuinely want to manifest this kind of love and understand what must be cultivated within themselves so that recognizing someone at the soul level stops feeling impossible and starts becoming inevitable.

1. Can the destiny of a soul-level relationship be… TO END?

(Only I get myself into these kinds of delicate questions… but well, it’s a mission I feel from the deepest part of me. I hope it inspires you.)

Maybe this answer will sound old-fashioned, conservative… even religious.

However, reaching this conclusion is the result of a long journey—from atheism, through deep dark nights of the soul, to completely opening myself to deep spiritual mysteries.

Letting go of:

• All the ideas that kept me in a small box,

• considering only this small body,

• with its small desires and small visions of the world…

Allowed me to connect with my soul and consequently with my soulmate.

A fundamental part of my practices is contemplating the finite and the eternal. The material and the spiritual as two expressions of two completely different worlds.

The material is 1% of this Universe (we can observe it in the very composition of atoms), while the emotional, mental, and spiritual are the 99% of “everything else.” This is mathematics that Hebrew sages have taught for thousands of years, and I resonate deeply with it.

All ancestral wisdom says: your mind is buddhic, your soul is christic, you are always connected to the infinite, you are God. If we contemplate this:

Whatever originates from the spiritual dimension does not perish with the death of this physical body.

It continues… it existed before, and it will exist after. That is why I can assert, with conviction, that:

A relationship between two people that began on the spiritual plane does not perish.

It has always been there, and it will remain, because it is not tied to the three dimensions of the physical world. It transcends them.

If we hold this vision, this ritual, this certainty… no matter what happens, we remember that separation is impossible. We are One. Our bond is stronger than any bump in the road, and our mission together is our superpower.

Who would want to renounce such love and superpower?

Not people in their sane judgment… but that is also a big topic. We don’t always manage to stay in a sane state of mind.

2. So… can two soulmates divorce or separate forever?

Even though—from what I know today and my research so far—I have the absolute conviction that no soulmate is destined to separate…

FREE WILL + FUNDAMENTAL IGNORANCE … remain the basic math of our human condition.

• Even after a spiritual awakening, we can fall asleep again.

• Even after years of therapy, we can avoid facing our deepest shadows.

• Even having manifested our soulmate, we can make the mistake of letting routine consume us and letting fear distance us.

The data I have is still small, especially because knowing “with certainty” that two people are truly soulmates is still a big challenge.

But without going that far…

I’ve shared this story before, but I want to add details that are relevant to the question we’re exploring here.

A couple of years before manifesting my soulmate, I went through a process of “learning” how to channel my spiritual guides and certain aspects of my own soul.

(In fact, I recorded several of these encounters — I’m editing them now and uploading them to what I call the Spiritual Thoughts Podcast.)

After recognizing Ör as my soulmate, one morning I was meditating and suddenly saw him standing in front of me, almost like in a dream. But he looked blurry, so I tried to focus on him. The more I focused, the more hundreds of images appeared and began sticking to his skin.

I could no longer see him. I could only see photographs — one on top of another. A very wise voice commented gently:

“You must heal your past wounds. Especially all the times a man hurt you. If you don’t, you will project all these memories onto Ör, and you will stop relating to him. You will relate only to your past.”

The message was crystal clear. And somehow, I thought that simply keeping it in mind would be enough to avoid it.

(Spoiler: it wasn’t. Once again, my soul reminding me that we must return to therapy every so often to continue working through whatever may still be latent.)

Later on, when we began building a life together, we made vows — spiritual commitments. We offered the Universe permission to close any remaining karma. We asked for support so that nothing would remain unresolved, allowing us to build, at least within our relationship, a safe place of only good and better — what kabbalists call inner redemption.

And although this is the most powerful promise one can make, it is also the most challenging. I experienced what the Hebrew sages call the shattering of the vessel.

I leapt into the unknown, promised everything, gave my entire life… and then had no idea how to hold myself.

Soon after, what followed was a dark year of my soul.

The perfect scenario to remember that I am a guardian of light — and that through faith, prayer, and everything I am, I can always triumph over the demons within me.

But it required a great deal of support, containment, love, and guidance.

I spent months in emotional regression. I revisited childhood in order to repair it. I returned to adolescence to repair it. I reconstructed my entire story thanks to the immense support of my practices, my guides, my spiritual friends, my therapists, and above all, my grand master and soulmate.

Even though everything was happening inside my mind… It wasn’t easy.

From the outside we were always okay.

Sometimes we spent months not working, just focused on healing and training… and still, we lacked nothing. Divinity always provided what we needed to stay in peace while traveling into the deepest parts of my being, fighting the darkest of internal battles.

Now I ask myself…

• What if I hadn’t had all those mental, emotional, and spiritual resources?

• What if I hadn’t built the level of flexibility and freedom I had in my life?

• What if Ör hadn’t been a kabbalist and high priest with more than 20 years of experience?

• What if I hadn’t had my dear support network and spiritual guides?

Maybe I wouldn’t be here telling this story.

Fear and insecurity could have clouded me.

I could have believed my projections were stronger than me — that I “needed years of healing and training before marrying my soulmate.” In other words:

• I could have listened to that wounded girl inside — the one with self-esteem scars, avoidant attachment, the one who always ran whenever things got difficult or routine.

• And even though every soulmate couple I’ve met tells me that they go through hard moments yet always remember that their relationship is what makes them stronger.

• Even though love, patience, support, and guidance can heal everything — there is always the possibility that people won’t reach that level of vision… and will take the more painful path.

And it is precisely because WE KNOW the challenges of manifesting a soulmate — and the kind of initiation it is — that we now dedicate to supporting others on this path. Because the more support, the more community, the more love there is… the easier the path becomes.

3. When two soulmates divorce: they distance themselves, but never separate

As I said at the beginning, from a primarily metaphysical perspective, the reunion of two soulmates manifesting in this material plane is a gift. However, they were never separated.

Even more now—now that you’ve met, kissed, embraced, made love, and brought blessings into the world (whether physical or energetic)… the connection between you is unbreakable.

This may sound “creepy” only to people who remain vigilant about the possibility that this person is not their soulmate.

But that is not the topic of this blog—we are assuming here that the other person is your soulmate (not that ex disguised as a spiritual teacher who betrayed you after a few years of relationship… that was never your soulmate). We teach how to tell the difference in another blog.

However, once you’ve decided to stop “testing,” or building castles on quicksand, and you want to build something big and full of purpose… you manifest your soulmate.

Once that happens, you feel peace.

Peace from knowing, without a doubt, that both people’s level of commitment to the relationship is at its maximum. Not just in pretty words or theory (this is how we differentiate the narcissist from the real thing), but in consistency, in daily construction. In being the most beautiful and valuable thing in this person’s life, without doubts—and being cared for, protected, and shown this constantly.

For this reason, even though the idea of divorce isn’t something that can be 100% ruled out (the future is uncertain… an accident could happen… and God forbid, one of the two could die)… the most mature decision is relating at the soul level.

We’ve thought about it many times with Ör.

We avoid having any “taboo” topics—we talk about everything with respect and honesty.

• What if one of us dies?

• What if things become unsustainable?

• What if, in the future, we met two people who were even more soulmate-aligned for each of us?

The answer is that the love between us would remain, and we would continue participating in the same project—because our project is not limited; it is expansive, part of our spiritual root. We would remain soulmates as friends, soulmates as exes, soulmates as community partners wanting to build a new world from the inside out.

4. No matter what happens, with a soulmate you never lose

To close… I return to the call for all the little souls who feel this longing. Those who wish to meet the most amazing person in the Universe and marry them. That desire isn’t cheap romance; it is what the divine wants for everyone.

What does God always want for all beings?
The best.

What distances us from it?
Ourselves—our confusion and our fears.

But still, it remains what your soul longs for. A relationship between soulmates, at the end of the day—after the storm of facing your fears—transcends.

• It becomes light.

• It helps you overcome those habits, those pointless fights, those communication breakdowns.

• It invites you to mature, to cultivate spiritual virtues, to get closer to your true Self… for the greatest benefit of all beings.

That’s why my call after this emotional rollercoaster of a post is:

Any relationship that is not a soulmate one… has a 99% higher chance of ending and breaking your heart than a soulmate relationship.

Can it happen? Yes—the possibility exists.

But because of that small possibility, don’t you dare deprive yourself of the most beautiful and transformative experience you can manifest in this precious human life.

How do I know? Because I’ve been exactly where you are. Twice.

I’ve been in relationships wondering: Is this person my soulmate? My twin flame? Or something completely different?

Back then, during those moments when we weren’t together, I would search obsessively for videos, podcasts, and books trying to decode the signs. I wanted answers so badly.

But the truth?
Life itself was the teacher. Life was the one that showed me the differences and taught me how to recognize my soulmate.

I’m writing this now because I want to spare you years of “trial and error”—and wounds that don’t need to be part of your path—especially if what you deeply desire is a relationship built on soul-level connection.

Without further preamble, here are the signs that helped me end relationships that weren’t aligned… and manifest the one that was.

1. What is the purpose of your life?

At the heart of soulmate reunion is what we call spiritual affinity.

You recognize your soulmate not through chemistry or shared tastes, but through a connection that exists beyond emotions, thoughts, and physical qualities.

But as we often say:

You must be connected to your own soul—and become your own soulmate—before you can recognize someone who is connected to theirs.

In simpler words… soulmate love is available only to people who know what being spiritual means for them. People who have touched something transcendent and have a purpose beyond themselves.

For example:

• A Buddhist lives to awaken from samsara.

• A Kabbalist lives to bring redemption into the world, to build heaven on earth.

You need to at least have a rough sense of the transcendental purpose of existence. That clarity is one of the first keys to recognizing your soulmate.

2. Identify how that purpose expresses itself in your life.

After a spiritual awakening, faith usually becomes central.

You start designing a life aligned with what matters most. Your decisions, your time, your relationships—they all shift. Eventually, spirituality stops being a hobby and becomes the backbone holding your life together.

That spiritual backbone becomes essential when trying to identify whether someone is aligned with you at the soul level.

3. Recognize your core spiritual definitions.

Once you understand your “spiritual style,” you naturally begin defining what you believe and what you don’t.

So you notice things like:

• Buddhists don’t believe in “a God”.

• Christian and kabbalistic concepts of divinity are not the same.

• Different beliefs and moral frameworks differ.

So I recommend choosing three core elements that define your spirituality—your foundations. The ones that make you say:

This is who I am spiritually. If someone doesn’t resonate with this, we are fundamentally different.

4. Look to the side with HONESTY.

Now we enter the most uncomfortable part of this entire post… To look at our partner—not with judgment, not with fear, not with guilt—but with honest observation.

• Not “they’ve been here for me all this time.”

• Not “I’m afraid they’ll disappoint me.”

These thoughts belong to the small mind—the part that keeps us confused and often distances us from our true soulmate.

What do we actually observe?

1. What is my partner’s life purpose?

2. How do they express that purpose?

3. What are their spiritual definitions?

4. Do we share affinity?

5. Knowing the difference between “two spiritual people together” and soulmates.

After years of research, my partner and I identified recurring differences between spiritual couples without affinity and soulmates with this affinity.

We studied our own experiences, interviewed other soulmate couples, and analyzed case studies. Our research is still evolving, but the table below has helped dozens of people recognize whether their partner is likely a soulmate.

6. If you have too many doubts… it’s probably not.

This part is delicate.
I avoid claim certainty— because there are always exceptions. Always.

But one pattern keeps showing up in people who, after many years of inner work, finally meet their soulmate: Certainty arrives like a lightning bolt.

It’s not a feeling, not a romantic high, not an intuition.

It is clarity that makes sense spiritually and logically.

When my partner and I told people about us… about everything we had in common—the same spiritual commitment, same hours spent meditating, same love for study, same humor, both vegan for 13 years, same definition of God, same life purpose—it was common to hear:

“Ahh… no wonder you think you’re soulmates.”

Not only we cryed of joy from the intensity and beauty of the encounter… we could actually write a paper (and probably will) explaining why two people with this level of affinity should build a life together.

And all the people I had dated before—even those I imagined a life with—became painfully clear in hindsight: “That wasn’t the path. This is.”

• So if certainty has taken years and still hasn’t arrived…

• If you’re searching outside for answers…

You might be trying to find something that simply isn’t there.

This is why I gave you the 5 steps above—especially if your relationship involves marriage or children.

7. Don’t do anything irrational.

Maturity on the spiritual path shows itself when we make decisions considering the long term. From a Buddhist perspective, you’re not truly spiritual until you consider the well-being of your next life—and the benefit of all beings.

This doesn’t mean deciding slowly or being indecisive.

Some people stay in marriages for irrational reasons.
Some relationships continue long after they’ve stopped serving anyone.

So take time for meditation, contemplation, and honest future-projection.
No idealization, no punishment… but honest clarity.

This kind of discernment takes training, guidance, and support.

Which means the most important thing is to be a soulmate, whether you are in partnership or not. At a soul level, you already are a soulmate. But at a conscious level, you must remember it.

Because social conditioning has turned us into:

• body beings

• emotional beings

• intellectual beings

…far more than it has awakened us to our spiritual nature.

The soulmate state is closer to something without beginning or end. Something beyond time and space. Something vast, abundant, infinite…

A state whose default mode is: to share.

3. Entering the “Sharing Mode”

Through spiritual study, meditation, and honest reflection, something begins to shift: You start realizing you already have everything you need to be happy.

• The appetite for consumerism decreases.

• The craving to fill emptiness with people, things, or experiences dissolves.

• The inner noise quiets.

• The tension of time loosens its grip.

Feeling whole becomes - a little more - effortless. Being present becomes delicious. And from that fullness, one desire emerges naturally:

“I don’t want anything else. I don’t need anything else. I’m not asking for anything else. I simply wish to share all that I already am — for the benefit of all beings.”

That is the foundational consciousness required to relate to yourself —
and therefore to another — at a soul level.

4. Applying the “Sharing Mode” to Recognize Soul Compatibility

Once you reach a relatively stable level of spiritual connection, the next step is learning how to relate from that consciousness.

This means stop searching for physical compatibility,
or emotional compatibility,
or intellectual compatibility.

Instead, you begin searching for spiritual compatibility.

There are several signs that reveal what we call de SPIRITUAL AFFINITY.

The clearest one is simple: This person also lives in sharing mode — and what they naturally share is either the same as you, or beautifully complementary.

In other words: You are both oriented toward purpose — toward spiritual mission — toward service. And this other person keeps crossing your path again and again and again… because they feel the same calling.

When that happens, the Universe does everything it can to bring you together — and it does not stop. Even if you fail to recognize each other the first time, or the second, or the third.

That happened to us.

For years, we were the “weird ones” in our families and friend circles — the ones sensing a collective shift in consciousness, receiving visions of a New World, a new economic, political, and educational system.

And when we finally met, neither of us had to adapt. We were already tuning into the same Truth, the same future, the same sort of frequency.

This level of connection — reaching a state of inner completeness,
offering your gifts for the benefit of all beings, and recognizing someone walking the same sacred path — creates a bond that is not formed through lack or loneliness. It is formed through something infinitely larger than any difference that may arise along the way.

5. Is That All?

The truth is: manifesting your soulmate requires immense courage — and a willingness to leave your comfort zone.

Because allowing a relationship with someone who is astonishingly similar to you (and yet holds a different role) will transform you.

And the step each person must take to be “ready” is deeply personal.

This is a beautiful question — one that deserves to be answered in layers, so we can separate what’s true from the half-beliefs that keep us stuck. All of it with love and honesty.

There are many reasons why people tell me: “I don’t think I should manifest my soulmate right now… I’m focused on myself, on my healing.”

It’s completely legitimate. If that’s your case — and yet you’re here — then the issue is not that you’re “not interested.” It’s that you feel you’re not ready yet.

So first, let’s sit for a moment with your body and mind relaxed through slow, deep breaths. When you feel even a small softening… we begin this little journey together.

✨The most powerful thing we can do is recognize the truth behind this belief.

• Maybe you still cry (a lot) about your last relationship.

• Maybe you wake up in panic or have very strange nightmares.

• Maybe you’re not proud of how you showed up with your ex.

• Maybe your heart is still learning how to feel safe inside your own chest.

The fact that you have this level of awareness — the understanding that “this pain doesn’t feel optimal for manifesting someone into my life” — is powerful.

And yes, depression or active wounding can affect manifestation. Not because it makes you “unworthy,” but because pain tends to cloud your perception and dim your sense of self-worth. When we’re in survival mode, it becomes hard to remember that — even in that state — you never stop deserving love, support, and happiness.

No matter how low you’ve fallen, you deserve to rise again.

Now here’s the interesting part: The most effective path for healing… is the same path as soulmate manifestation.

Let me explain why.

✨We are more than physical form

As we’ve shared many times, in simple terms, human beings are composed of four dimensions:

• Physical

• Emotional

• Intellectual

• Spiritual

If we apply these dimensions to relationships, we get:

• physical mates

• emotional mates

• intellectual mates

• soulmates

  

With this in mind, we can quickly understand that soul-level relationships appear exclusively when we’re already walking the path of consciousness expansion — the path of awakening and spiritual development.

At the same time, the most effective path for healing our wounds at their root is a holistic one: healing the body, emotions, mind, and soul. In other words: The path of healing is the path of soulmate manifestation. We heal so we stop suffering. And our soulmates walk that same path with us.

This opens another question:

Is it possible to manifest a soulmate… ‘too early’?

Understanding how the universe works, it’s not possible for your soulmate to appear “before their time.” Even though it can feel like that.

We must learn to distinguish between:

• the perspective of the soul — wise, eternal, deep

• and the perspective filtered through the ego and the five senses — limited, fearful, familiar

Sometimes things seem a certain way… but that doesn’t mean they truly are.

I say this very personally.

When Ör and I had already been together four months, recognizing each other as soulmates and building a shared project, I went through a very dark moment of doubt and frustration.

I told myself many times that “I wasn’t ready yet.” I even wished for separation, imagining that leaving and meeting again “when I was healed enough” would solve everything.

But after talking with Ör, I realized something profound: Before meeting him, I didn’t feel conflicted at all. Quite the opposite.

I felt expansive, aligned, intuitive — vibrant and at my highest level of consciousness. And all that beauty had slowly turned into a new form of ego, a new comfort zone. I wasn’t growing anymore — I was adapting, making sure my deeper wounds wouldn’t get triggered.

That’s why meeting my soulmate became an invitation to keep diving into the aspects of my shadow that I had been ignoring and sweeping under the rug.
Being with someone who sees the truth beneath all my veils calls me — every day — to come closer to who I really Am, and to release who I only think I am.

✨In summary:

1. The path of soulmate manifestation and the path of genuine emotional healing are the same path.

2. The Universe does not allow soulmates to appear “too early,” so there is no reason to fear that.

3. If your soulmate does appear and you suddenly feel “not ready,” that’s your ego resisting light and expansion — not a sign of unreadyness.

Therefore, now is always the perfect moment to begin manifesting your soulmate. Beginning the path does not mean they will show up tomorrow.

✨But you’re right: not everyone is in the same stage.

If you feel shattered, the most important thing is rebuilding yourself step by step with therapy, wisdom, compassion, and support. That’s very different from being “ready to meet your soulmate tomorrow.”

Do Soulmates Really Exist?

I asked myself this question many times and, as someone militantly devoted to critical thinking, over time it started to feel… absurd.

At least in my case, I grew up watching Disney movies on VHS over and over again. I always dreamed of meeting my prince charming; I drew the boys I liked at school and imagined them declaring their love to me.

I often daydreamed that famous actors would notice me and propose. Everything was pink, idealized—and eventually, after my first heartbreak, I simply became a more “practical” romantic.

I prioritized someone safe, calm, a lovely companion. I started dating my best friends. It felt comfortable, pleasant, delicious even. And yet, for some reason (mainly my lack of therapy and psycho-emotional maturity), I always ended up restless and unsatisfied.

What was missing?
Was I choosing the wrong partners?
Was I asking for too much?

I didn’t have the answer.

I just kept dating new people, thinking that experience would help me understand which piece of the puzzle wasn’t fitting for me in romantic love.

I loved being in a relationship, but I couldn’t see a future in any of mine.

Everything Changed After My “Spiritual Awakening”

If you’re here asking about soul-level love, it’s because you have a subtle intuition—or a strong certainty—that there’s an invisible matrix that organizes and connects all beings. There is a spiritual dimension beyond physicality.

It was this recognition—the awareness that there is a Universe both outside and within me, that there are Laws and a mission that awakens my soul—that invited me to heal.

To face my ghosts, my shadows, my limiting beliefs.

Over time, that whole process helped me mature the relationship with myself and, therefore, to look at relationships differently.

I understood that everything can be crude and perishable, or transcendent and eternal. It depends on where you seek from—where you choose from.

So… do soulmates exist?

Your deepest intuition doesn’t lie. It’s almost obvious—by pure probability alone—there must be at least one person with whom you connect on a spiritually expansive and transformative level.

Now, what does it mean to connect at the level of the soul?

How do you recognize a soulmate?

What makes this relationship different from others?

1. Almost Everything We Know as “Romantic Love” Is Not Soul-Level Love

This is an uncomfortable and confusing truth we need to cross.

To the people I guide on the path of connecting with their soul in order to manifest their soulmate, I always say this: when you recognize your soulmate, you feel something so vast it can’t be put into words.

• It escapes space.

• It escapes time.

• It escapes the emotions you’re used to feeling.

It isn’t something familiar — it’s something completely unknown until you live it. But it isn’t a fire that burns; it’s an expansion, a recognition of the wiser part of yourself mirrored in another being.

It’s experiencing Oneness within this world of Separation. It goes beyond everything you’ve ever known. Because what we usually know about love comes from lack, from trauma, from fear — from something limited by past experiences.

• From that place, we try to fill voids and adapt.

• From that place, we think small: a house, children, enough money to travel and “be happy.”

There’s nothing wrong with desiring those things.
However, to manifest a soulmate, it simply isn’t enough.

2. Only a Very Small Percentage of People Truly Recognize Their Soulmate

Because this experience is so unfamiliar—often ridiculed, infantilized, and rarely studied with seriousness—soulmates are presented as a fantasy, or as something that will arrive if you “want it hard enough.”

From Kabbalah (Hebrew mysticism) we’re taught that, of all the attainments a soul can realize through its spiritual development, the manifestation of one’s soulmate is the greatest and most difficult.

It’s the Everest. It’s everything you need to keep growing toward enlightenment. It’s the union of Heaven and Earth. It’s a way of meeting God.

• It does not arise spontaneously in those who don’t resonate with a love that transcends the barriers of this world and its illusion.

• It does not arise in those who don’t recognize spirituality as the only path to genuine happiness.

• It does not arise in those who don’t prioritize connection with the soul—both personal and collective—in their lives.

3. And That’s Why So Many People “Have Opinions” Without Knowing

I’ve read so many blogs, books, and Instagram posts. Most are opinions, ideas, or theories. I know there’s no ill intent behind them, but it saddens me when people try to “guide” others without real clarity.

That’s why this project was born—after years of research and a lived journey alongside my soulmate.

4. There Is a Science — or a Logic — Behind This Concept

You may have heard of the Tree of Life Map, transmitted for thousands of years through ancient Hebrew wisdom. It’s a marvel — my soulmate, Ör, has dedicated himself exclusively to its study for over 13 years.

The Tree of Life allows us to recognize the parts that make up all phenomena, helping us understand that we are both a whole and an ecosystem of multiple (and infinite) interdependent parts.

The Tree of Life is not an idea or symbol exclusive to Kabbalah. It appears, under different names, in nearly every ancient culture and spiritual tradition. All of them tell us the same thing: we are multidimensional trees of life.

It’s a very complex way of trying to express something very simple (on this context)… if we ourselves are a Tree of Life, then we can recognize these 4 levels of existence:

• Body – Olam HaAssiyah (עולם העשיה) – The World of Action

• Emotions - Olam HaYetzirah (עולם היצירה) – The World of Formation

• Intellect – Olam HaBeriah (עולם הבריאה) – The World of Creation

• Spirit – Olam HaAtzilut (עולם האצילות) – The World of Emanation

Based on those realms, we can relate to others through the same 4 dimensions of connection:

• Body mates

• Emotional mates

• Intellectual mates

• Soul mates

About 99% of people connect mostly with body, emotional, or intellectual mates.

Body mates are the most common — physical attraction, chemistry, sexuality, sensory appeal, scent, appearance, material comfort.

Those who have gone through therapy or are naturally intuitive tend to be drawn at the emotional level — seeking protection, affection, care, attention.

And those who are philosophical or devoted to learning add the intellectual level — the joy of long conversations, shared curiosity, and aligned worldviews.

However, connecting from the soul is generally unknown territory.

It comes with many requirements — not only to recognize it, but to sustain it over time. Sadly, soulmate relationships tend to break down when the ego or old paradigms try to take control.

5. Anyone Truly Committed and Willing Can Manifest Their Soulmate

Despite everything said before — that soulmates aren’t simple, instinctive, or common — they’re not reserved for a select few.

Anyone who deeply desires a relationship that transcends everything they’ve known, and who longs to manifest their life partner across all dimensions of Being, can do so — once they understand how.

Because, honestly, no one is “destined” to meet their soulmate. There’s no such thing as fate in that sense.

It’s something you choose.
It’s something that requires preparation, consciousness, and surrender.

It doesn’t happen by accident. But if your soul truly desires it, and you free yourself from the restrictions that keep you from recognizing what’s already part of your Higher Self, then you don’t have to be “someone special” to achieve it.

6. It’s not uncommon for soulmates to take decades to manifest

According to our case studies, the manifestation of a soulmate most commonly happens after many previous experiences: years of solitude, spiritual awakenings, retreats… even after one or two divorces, and several children.

Does it have to take that long? No.

It doesn’t need to.

But it usually TAKES US that long to finally stop seeking what we already know and to dare to step into the unknown — because what we knew didn’t work, again and again.

Unfortunately, because of our level of ignorance and our tendency to identify with the ego or personality, most of us need several stumbles before we begin to make truly conscious choices.

For example, my soulmate Ör was aware that he wanted to meet his soulmate from the time he was around four or six years old… and we met when he was thirty-six. We’re talking about thirty — thirty-two years of searching.

7. We Are Living in a New Era

Now, everything I’ve shared so far applies to a world that is already transforming — even collapsing in some ways.

Artificial Intelligence, Climate Change, the Collective Awakening of Consciousness… the Age of Aquarius — everything is pointing toward a shift in awareness.

In a New World, we are all soulmates. Connection becomes easy, intuitive, almost ordinary. The children of today — whom Ör and I lovingly call the children of redemption — are already born with a level of awareness and sensitivity that allows them to recognize their soulmate with far more ease. For many of them, it might even happen in the very first love of their lives.

They come with a wisdom and a kind of new education that no longer requires endless heartbreaks to learn how to make choices from the heart.

It’s a completely legitimate question.

Are soulmates always neighbors? Do they live in the same country — speak the same language? Is it possible that my soulmate lives on another continent and that we wouldn’t even understand each other’s “hello”?

It’s an intriguing question — one that we’ve often reflected on theoretically.
And this is our clearest conclusion, the one that can soothe any anxiety around it.

✨“The One” is a state of consciousness, not a specific person “out there.”

We’ve often wondered: If we hadn’t met each other… would we have manifested someone else — and would that person have been our “soulmate” in a parallel reality?

Our honest conclusion: probably, yes.

The probability is high that soulmates belong to a group of souls so aligned in purpose and spiritual affinity, that you could choose any one of them — and the relationship would blossom beautifully.

So yes, we believe in “The One” — but not as something fixed.

The Oneness within diversity is a state of consciousness closer to our true non-dual nature — the ability to see beyond the veil of illusion while still walking within it, unattached yet at peace.

From this perspective, soulmate manifestation happens when two souls —from within that group — are both ready to stop walking the path of awakening alone and decide to meet.

✨ Now, what about the practical side?

We’ve come to understand that it’s rare for someone to meet a soulmate with whom there’s profound spiritual connection… but no resonance at all in language, culture, or emotional expression.

However, it can happen.

It’s absolutely possible to recognize your soulmate - something so transcendent and deep - that everything else becomes “figure-out-able.”

There are no words to describe how transformative it is to bond from the soul. It transcends all conflict — not automatically, but through a shared longing to evolve.

That desire for transcendence is so powerful that you always find ways to overcome challenges (and yes, sometimes that means asking for help — and it’s okay to ask. If you need it, we’re here).

We’ve studied cases — one person from the U.S., the other from Japan. Neither spoke the other’s language, yet they recognized each other. They knew. And love found a way.

So if your desire is to manifest your soulmate, where you live is the last thing that matters. Or better said — it’s not a problem at all.

It’s simply irrelevant.

✨ An ancient story

There’s a story in the Jewish tradition that illustrates this in a funny way. It comes from the Midrash Bereshit Rabbah (Genesis Rabbah), chapter 68.

It tells of a Roman noblewoman — sometimes called a queen — who mocked the sage Rabbi Yose ben Halafta. She asked him what God was doing now that creation was complete.

The rabbi replied:

“God is busy uniting couples.”

The woman laughed and said, “That’s easy! I could do that myself.”

So she paired up her servants according to her own logic — and soon, they all returned injured, fighting, or divorced. She realized then:

“To unite souls is not human work — it’s divine.”

Beyond the story lies a universal truth: The reunion of soulmates happens through Divine Intelligence — the sacred algorithm that orders all existence across all dimensions.

• The more you try to control or predict — from the ego — when or where you’ll meet your soulmate, the more it slips away.

• But the more you surrender to the Whole — to the mystery of how and when — and focus instead on your inner preparation, everything begins to unfold like a miracle.

When it’s meant to happen… it happens.
No matter what.

It happened to us, too.

We met once — then lost contact completely. There was no logical way we’d ever reconnect. And yet, months later, against all statistical odds, we crossed paths again.

We’re sure that if we had ignored the second meeting, we would have met a third, a fourth, as many times as necessary until we finally understood: it was not a coincidence.

I have to agree with that rabbi — God is indeed busy uniting soulmates.

And when God focuses on something… who can resist it?
(Well, technically we have free will — we can ignore the signs.
But you won’t, because you’re paying attention.)

✨ In summary

Keep your mind open and release all expectations. Focus solely on being prepared for a soul-level relationship, and let the Universe arrange the reunion.

Even if you miss it the first time, there will be a second. A third. A fourth.
As long as your heart stays in prayer, the Universe will keep insisting until both of you are ready to recognize each other.

Now, back to the question that brought you here: What does a soulmate relationship actually feel like?

First of all, this blog is not about how you feel when you meet your soulmate.
Many people make the mistake of believing that they can “easily” recognize their soulmate through how that person makes them feel.

But emotions are too variable. You’ll feel many things — just like when you meet anyone you like. The signs that help you identify your soulmate are different from feelings.

This article, however, is about something deeper:

How do emotions evolve once you’re already in a soulmate relationship — after the “honeymoon” phase has passed?

1. It feels safe — and that may feel uncomfortable for some.

Soulmate love doesn’t feel like a rollercoaster. It feels like stillness.

No chasing.
No guessing.
No games.

You don’t spend your nights overanalyzing texts.
You don’t wake up wondering if you’re too much—or not enough.

And at first, that might feel… strange. Even “boring.”
Because many of us have been conditioned to equate adrenaline with connection, to associate chaos with care.

We crave the rollercoaster — because it’s what we know.

But soulmate love teaches you how to breathe again.
It slows your heart rate instead of speeding it up.
It invites your nervous system to exhale.

And for some of us, stillness is the scariest thing of all.

Because stillness means surrender.
It means being seen without performing.
It means finally relaxing into love.

2. It feels confronting.

Your soulmate won’t only stroke your hair and call you beautiful
(though yes — they’ll do that too).

They’ll look into your soul and see everything you hide.
They’ll reflect your patterns.
They’ll lovingly call forward the parts of you you’ve tried to outgrow.

Not to shame you. But to free you.

Soulmate love doesn’t let you stay small.

• Not in life.

• Not in love.

• Not in the stories you tell yourself about who you are.

They’ll hold the mirror even when you want to look away. And they’ll hold you — even when you’re in the middle of becoming.

That’s real love — not blind validation, but radical devotion to your highest truth. Because it’s a soul-level love, it exists to make your ego know its rightful place — as a servant, not a ruler.

3. It feels like purpose.

In most relationships, the relationship itself is the destination. We usually seek love from two places:

1. Avoiding what we don’t want to repeat from past relationships.

2. Desiring what we’ve admired or once experienced with others.

Both perspectives are valid — and clarity is essential.

But when those are the only reasons we seek love, we overlook the transcendental dimension — the one that recognizes a relationship as something greater than personal desire.

Soulmate love is built on transcendence.

The deepest reason for this kind of union is the communion between two souls with a shared mission.

Even Viktor Frankl, in Man’s Search for Meaning, reminds us:

“Those who have a ‘why’ to live can bear with almost any ‘how’.”

Similarly, a soulmate relationship endures not because it’s perfect, but because it’s devoted to something higher than itself.

Of course, all this is within the context of a healthy relationship.
If it’s toxic, it’s not a soulmate bond — no matter how much you want to build around purpose, it won’t thrive.

At minimum, soulmates share a common purpose — but beyond that, they embody a love that serves the evolution of both souls (and the World).

Soulmates are a sacred vehicle.
They’re not here just to love each other —
They’re here to serve something higher, together.

Soulmate love aligns with mission, with light, with awakening.
You don’t just hold hands.
You hold vision.
You become co-creators — two beings walking a sacred path, side by side.

Love isn’t your escape from the world. It’s your contribution to it.

4. It feels like shadow work — but the most beautiful kind.

Not because love should be heavy or difficult, but because love reveals what still needs healing.

• It takes effort to stay open.
